workplace. We are looking for a strategic finance leader on the senior leadership team to drive corporate
strategy as an integral driver for growth.
The candidate must have at least 15 years of cumulative work experience, with 5 years in a leadership role in a
financial organization. Experience working in a service, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial company is a
requirement.
Key Accountability
- This role will champion growth execution and related capital-raise activities
- Drive new revenue through organic and strategic M&A.
- Will be responsible for leading decision support action to the business, executing business
transformation initiatives, and influencing the strategic planning process.
Core Responsibilities
- A key partner in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.
- Responsible for managing company cash flow and profitability objectives.
- Manage relationships with banks and capital providers to ensure adequate operational liquidity.
- Responsible for analyzing financial data for company-wide decision support.
- Develop annual and multi-year organizational plans according to organization needs.
- Develop and track sales forecasts together with the sales team and senior management team.
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Ensure and monitor compliance with the laws and company policies.
- Manage company financial and operational risk management.
Requirements
- An MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree in relevant fields is required, and professional certification will
be a plus. - In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
