Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering – civil, water, chemical, building technology, or in related fields.
- Must have an interest in working in a small company environment.
- Must have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management or executing engineering projects.
- A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Must have an astute business understanding, be hands-on, self-reliant, and have personal drive.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all projects and workflows of the team.
- Liaise with functional teams such as finance, marketing, and strategy to execute annual and long-range company objectives.
