Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or in related fields, a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Must have hands-on sales professional experience in developing projects in water, energy, or green technology.
  • Must have at least 10 years of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must have creative skills in finding the right solutions that match the project and budget needs of clients.
  • Must have an interest in working in a small company environment.
  • A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing business for the business unit.
  • Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers and partners.
  • Successfully match customer pain points/requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Liaise with functional teams such as finance, marketing, and strategy to execute company objectives.
