Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or in related fields, a master’s degree is a plus.
- Must have good experience in water and wastewater management, and environmental quality for industrial and commercial applications.
- Must have technical skills in engineering design for water and wastewater projects
- Must have creative skills in finding the right technologies that match the project and budget needs of clients.
- Must have an interest in working in a small company environment.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in working on industrial-scale projects.
- A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for providing engineering designs for water and wastewater projects.
- Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects.
- Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers and partners.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions for water and wastewater projects.
- Liaise with functional teams such as finance, marketing, and strategy to execute company objectives.
