The Commercial Leader will be a P&L leader and will have responsibility for leading a customer-facing, project management, and engineering team to meet the operational and financial expectations of business lines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or in related fields, a master’s degree is a plus.
- Must have good experience in water and wastewater management, and environmental quality for industrial and commercial applications.
- Must have an interest in working in a small company environment.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience developing and executing engineering projects.
- A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Must have an astute business understanding, be hands-on, self-reliant, and have personal drive.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for developing business for the business unit.
- Responsible for the overall P&L of the business line.
- Liaise with functional teams such as finance, marketing, and strategy to execute annual and long-range company objectives.
